Three ways onto our sets
The core team
Our staff covers the full arc of a production: sales, producing, directing, shooting, and editing. When a staff role opens, we fill it first from people we already know and trust. Being in our crew network is how you get on that short list.
The freelance network
Most of our productions are crewed with skilled freelancers: camera operators, gaffers, grips, audio mixers, editors, colorists, motion designers, drone pilots, hair and makeup. Some live a short drive from our Southlake studio. Others live on the far side of the world. Meticulous Image produces around the globe, and when a production lands near you, we call the people already in our book.
Students and recent graduates
Many of our production coordinators have come to us straight from university, and we bring on students and new graduates regularly. Nearly every opportunity is paid. You will work on real sets, for real clients, and learn the job from people who have been doing it for decades.
What gets you the next call
Reliability first. The person who answers the phone, arrives prepared, and solves problems before anyone asks gets the next call, and the one after that. A strong reel helps, and skill matters, but attitude travels further than any camera package.
Our days are rarely the same twice. One week it is an active manufacturing floor, the next a laboratory, a studio cyclorama, a packed conference hall, or a location a long flight from home.
