AI Won't Replace Creatives. But It Will Expose Them

The fear is real. Creatives everywhere are convinced AI is the end of their careers. After working in video production and AI-assisted workflows every day, we think the conversation is aimed at the wrong target.

Access was never the rare part. The paintbrush did not make the painter. The camera did not make the cinematographer. And a prompt box does not make a storyteller. When everyone can generate something, the gap between generated and good gets easier to see, not harder. That is what we mean by exposure: AI does not take the work away from people with real craft, it takes the hiding places away from people without it.

This is also how we run our own shop. We use these tools daily and we like them. They speed up the tedious parts and organize the chaos. What they do not do is decide what a story is, why anyone should care, or when a cut lands. That part is still, and stays, human.
