Graitec Client Case Study: TVS

The Challenge

GRAITEC is an Autodesk Platinum Partner selling sophisticated design-to-fabrication software to BIM managers, engineers, and firm principals, an audience that can smell marketing fluff from three time zones away. They needed a continuous stream of credible video: product launches, customer proof, culture films, event presence, and a podcast, all holding to one standard, year after year. A one-off vendor could not carry that load, and a generalist agency could not speak the language. The audience buys on specificity: they want to see the software driving real fabrication, hear from firms like their own, and sense that the vendor understands the workflow from model to site.

The Production Approach

The partnership has run more than six years and functions as an embedded video department. We filmed customer case studies with TVS and Looney & Associates that let firm leaders tell the story in their own words. We built product animation for the Active Host Model, produced booth spots and same-week show recaps at Autodesk University in Nashville, and staged the Bridging the Gap podcast live from the AU and Advancing Prefabrication floors in Dallas, with guests up to Autodesk's chief marketing officer. Formats span animation, live action, multicam podcast, and event documentary, and all of it cuts together under one visual standard, so a viewer moving between pieces never feels a break.

The Impact

The library now works across GRAITEC's entire funnel. Customer films carry proof into sales conversations, event content extends six-figure conference investments past teardown week, culture and mission films support recruiting, and the podcast keeps the brand in the industry conversation between launches. When a relationship runs this long, the work stops being projects and starts being infrastructure. It also compounds: each year of coverage makes the next launch, recap, and episode faster to produce and easier to place.
